Zig Zag Paper Streamers

The picture above shows the background I made to go behind the gift table at the baby shower I hosted over the weekend. I made the streamers and the banner. The air for the balloons was provided by my husband though. Thanks, babe! :)

Here's the tutorial so you can see how easy they are to make. If I had one of those guillotine paper cutters, it would have went by even faster, but I haven't gotten around to buying one of those just yet!
